Challenge

Rapid advancements in cosmetic medicine require that physicians receive ongoing, in-depth training in the latest aesthetic enhancement techniques.

As the demand for this training continued to grow, SpaMedica required a method of delivering this information to physicians as far away as Russia, Italy, and across Asia.

Solution

Audability and SpaMedica pioneered the use of Web-based technology to deliver a series of physician training seminars for Mulholland DR University. The certification courses offer aesthetic workshops and techniques supported by visual procedural videos, new technical updates, online marketing and marketing and practice management modules.

According to Jina Kim, SpaMedica, “No one else is doing anything like this. It’s like being right there in the audience”. Audability was instrumental in translating Jina’s vision of a Web-based training to reality. “They made it work. Dr. Mulholland can’t go everywhere.
